Miriam Magner Flynn is the Founder and Managing Director of RightCareers4Me™, an award-winning Career Assessment and Guidance System that has been supporting Guidance Counsellors and students across Ireland for more than 20 years.

A former teacher with a longstanding passion for education and career assessment and guidance, Miriam founded RightCareers4Me™ with a clear purpose: to provide Guidance Counsellors with a comprehensive, scientifically based system that helps students understand themselves, identify suitable careers, explore relevant educational pathways and make more informed and confident career and course decisions.

Under Miriam’s leadership, RightCareers4Me™ has developed an innovative approach that goes beyond traditional career assessments by assessing the whole student across 10 key dimensions — Values, Interests, Personal Traits, Skills and Six Aptitudes. By bringing these dimensions together, the system develops a comprehensive picture of each student’s unique profile and scientifically identifies career options suited to their individual strengths, interests and characteristics.

RightCareers4Me™ takes this a step further by connecting students’ most suitable careers directly to relevant Irish courses and educational pathways, including CAO courses, Apprenticeships, Further Education and Tertiary Degrees. This provides Guidance Counsellors with one integrated system to support students throughout the career guidance journey — from self-discovery and career exploration through to course selection and decision-making.

Over the past two decades, RightCareers4Me™ has been used extensively by Guidance Counsellors nationwide and has supported thousands of students in schools across Ireland.

Miriam is an accomplished Career Professional and holds Fellow Practitioner status with the Institute of Career Certification International (ICCI). She is also a member of the Career Development Institute (CDI) and the Association of Career Professionals International (ACPI).

Together with her specialist team of Career Guidance Counsellors, Occupational Psychologists and accredited Career Coaches, Miriam continues to combine professional expertise with innovative technology to advance the quality of career assessment and guidance available to Guidance Counsellors and their students.
